Each sauce is ready to use and available in different packaging (sachets, sticks, Doypack, 5 to 10kg bags).
Our products can be preserved in the refrigerator for 100 to 180 days and for 3 to 5 days after opening at 0 and +4°C according to recipe.
Moreover, the sauces can also be conserved in the freezer at -18°C during 18 months.
These products are the result of a formulation work with the replacement of any substance of animal origin such as egg, while keeping a gustative quality.
